Escape to myself

I loved Mostar; the friendliness, the beauty, the history and Hostel Miran. Miran and his family and staff made this a home from home. Being there was like being one of the family and Miran was an interesting, thoughtful and funny host. Communal breakfasts, wonderful guests; this is absolutely my best stay anywhere so far. Ive never met such an open and friendly group of people. I’ll miss this.

On my last day I strolled through the now sunny and pleasant streets and visited two of the surviving and beautiful Eighteenth Century Ottomam nerchants houses. Gelato and coffee and some sad and fond farewells to Miran and his wife. Its been an experience I won’t forget
